My left ankle is in pain, hurts so bad and my heel?

I look on line to see if I sprain my ankle or a Heel fracture. Because I hurt it on Friday. And my whole ankle hurts and there is pain that went to my heel. My whole ankle is swilling and there is a big bump in the back of my heel. It hurts when I have my foot up, when I stand to long, and when I am sleeping. and when I touch the bump behind my heel. That is where the sharp pain is Also there is a .Can you tell me what I have, I also called my doctor, I am going to him Friday, when I called Monday I do not know why they made me wait that long. Really that is too long because I called Monday. I think my ankle is worse then it was ugh. Why me. :( :(. Please I need lots of answer I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
