I like Nat the best. Nicknames are supposed to be short, quick, and should have a connection to the original name. Nicknames aren't supposed to be a second name. Lia has no connection to her original name, Allie is a completely different name, Nellie sounds too dumb, Tallie sounds weird, Teddy also has no connection but also sounds like a dumb boys name, and Thalia reminds me of that mexican singer.
