Can anyone spoil me on Jodi Picoult's Second Glance?

I'm reading Second Glance right now and am starting to get impatient. I'm 68 % of the way through according to the Kindle I'm reading it on. I NEED to know what happens to Ross, Ethan, and Lia!!!! Can anyone spoil me?
