Can i plan an adoption? need help PLEASE?

People will notice you are pregnant and you definitely will not be able to hide it from your Mother. I do not think you can give consent to your baby being adopted at your age. Besides when your parents find out they may decide to keep the baby and raise it themselves. Make sure you look after yourself and get pregnancy care.
